Baking

- Understanding baking ingredients and basic tools.

- Bread making including yeast breads and quick breads.

- Cake baking and decorating techniques.

- Pastry making including puff and shortcuts pastry.

- Cookie and biscuit recipes with decorative techniques.

- Advanced baking projects such as layer cakes and complex pastries.

 

Painting

- Introduction to different types of paint (oil, acrylic, watercolor) and painting tools.

Classes are open for the public every day of the week, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Sundays from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. 

You have the option of paying $80 each hour you attend or a flat fee of $160 for each class which takes around 2 hours.
